The head of Dell webcam that I say, is specifically designed for the Dell Inspiron systems can be installed. I have in me, but I have a built-in webcam. Not sure, but it seems, is for the Inspiron built webcams.
So Long story short, unless you go and get this Inspiron is the director of the webcam is not working for you. :)
